(COLUMBUS) - A Columbus man is in the Bartholomew County Jail after leading police on a car chase with speeds of up to 140 mph early Sunday morning.
Indiana State Police attempted to stop 25-year-old David Miller on Jonathan Moore Pike around 3 a.m., but Miller fled onto I-65 and led police on a 12 mile chase before crashing off the northbound exit ramp at State Road 252 and became stuck in the mud.
Miller faces charges of resisting law enforcement and driving while intoxicated.
