(HELTONVILLE) - A Charlottesville man was injured Friday night after he missed the curve on Hunters Creek Road and went over the embankment.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 36-year-old Jason Wills was traveling north on Hunters Creek Road near Henderson Creek Road when he didn't see the curve, because it was dark.
His 2000 Ford F350 went over the embankment along with the Galveston trailer he was pulling.
The vehicle slide over the embankment and then overturned landing on its top.
Wills suffered abrasions on his head, but refused medical treatment.
