(WASHINGTON) - Wednesday just before 7 p.m. Washington Police received a call reporting a man had been jumped and his cell phone stolen in the area of Pearl Street and State Road 57.
When police arrived, the victim told them the culprits ran into a home in the 500 block of East Pearl Street.
When police went to the home, they found 18-year- old Jadrian Goodrid and a 17-year-old female.
Goodrid ran from police and was later found hiding in a garage behind a home on George Street.
The juvenile was charged with false informing, theft, robbery, assault and battery, and resisting law enforcement. She was transported to the Southwest Youth Village.
Goodrid was taken to the Daviess County Security Center where she was booked on charges of false informing, theft, robbery, assault and battery, resisting law enforcement, and breaking and entering and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Goodrid is being held on $28,000 bond.
