(BEDFORD) - 60-year-old Offie Mae Tuddy, of Bedford, was arrested by Bedford Police after she was accused of shoplifting.
The company did not file charges against her, but BPD Chief Dennis Parsley says Tuddy did not have a valid driver's license - in fact she had never obtained a driver's license.
She was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while never licensed and possession of a schedule II and IV controlled substance after police found oxycodone and alprazalone in her vehicle.
