BEDFORD - One driver was hurt in a two-car accident at Stars Boulevard and Boyd Lane Friday morning.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 18-year-old Dylan R. Brooking, of Bedford, suffered cuts to his face
Police say, 49-year-old Albert Engle, of Medora, was driving a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser north on Stars Boulevard at 11:16 a.m. and had stopped at a stop sign at Boyd Lane, waiting for traffic to clear.
According to police, Brooking was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt north on Boyd Lane.
He told police he could not stop his car in time to keep from hitting the rear of Engle's vehicle.
Engle was not hurt in the accident.
