(BROWNSTOWN) - Brownstown Christian Church, 702 W. Spring St., will celebrate its annual Christmas Eve service at 11 p.m. Monday in the church sanctuary.
The evening will include Old Testament readings of the promise of the Savior's coming to this world as well as the traditional Christmas story from the book of Luke. There will be traditional Christmas hymns, vocal and instrumental solos and a children's Christmas story followed by a short devotional by the youth pastor, Rob Johnson.
The evening will conclude with a candlelight singing of "Silent Night."
Doors will open at 10:30 p.m. This candlelight service is open to anyone in the community who wishes to attend.
