(PAYNETOWN) - An evening of family-friendly activities, including a nature-themed movie, snacks and crafts, is planned for Paynetown State Recreation Area at Monroe Lake on Friday, Dec. 14.
The event starts at 6:30 p.m.
Monroe Lake naturalist Jill Vance will screen the movie at the activity center, which is next to the beach. Visitors can munch on popcorn and sip hot chocolate during the film, and enjoy an easy make-and-take craft after the movie.
The program is free, and there is no entrance fee at Paynetown SRA during winter.
