(BEDFORD) - Capt. Donna Rose of the Salvation Army is asking for donations, volunteers and for people to take an Angel tree tag.
Rose says the Salvation Army and the 226 families who have sought assistance need the community's help this year.
Rose says whether you donate a few dollars or a few hours, your effort will make a difference. Angel trees are at Walmart, Kmart, Ace Hardware in Mitchell, Healthy Balance and Starbucks.
If a church, school group, neighbors, family or friends would like to take a shift or two ringing the bell, call Rose at 275-5429.
