(WASHINGTON) - Indiana Conservation Officers arrested a Washington man on charges of possession of marijuana a over 30 grams and driving while suspended.
While on patrol in Daviess County, Conservation Officer Blake Everhart saw a vehicle trespassing on private property.
After the vehicle was stopped Everhart found 116 grams equaling over a quarter pound of marijuana with a street value near $400 in the vehicle.
He arrested Garret Morley, of Washington and booked him into the Daviess County Security Center.
If convicted he could face up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
