(WASHINGTON) - The Washington Police Department did a quick job in solving a burglary.
At 9:23 p.m. Wednesday, the Police Department received a from a resident on Eastside Park Road saying his neighbor had seen a male subject enter his garage, take a flat screen television, and then leave in a low ryder S-10 pick-up.
Just three minutes later Washington Police Captain Richie Tolliver stopped the suspect truck on Sunrise Drive.
The green low ryder S-10 was occupied by four male subjects.
The flat screen television was in the back of the truck along with two twelve packs of soda, which were also stolen from the garage.
Police arrested eighteen year old Jacob William Cooper of Washington on two counts of burglary, two counts of possession of stolen property, two counts of criminal trespass, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
Also arrested was eighteen year old Nicholas Logan Romans of Washington. He was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of possession of stolen property, two counts of criminal trespass, and possession of marijuana.
Also arrested were two juveniles who face similar charges.
Cooper and Romans were taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
The juveniles were released to their parents.
