(BEDFORD) - A special weather statement has been issued for Lawrence County warning that hazardous conditions will prevail through the night.
The snow has ended, but winds will remain breezy out of the northwest through late evening. This will result in blowing and drifting snow, especially in rural areas. In addition, wet surfaces will freeze as temperatures drop through the night.
Roads will remain slick and dangerous.
Drivers are reminded to use extreme caution if they must travel tonight and Thursday morning.
