(EASTERN HEIGHTS) - Firefighters from three department battled a blaze that gutted a mobile home in eastern Greene County Monday morning.
Center Firefighters were called at 9:35 a.m. to a mobile home at 1946 North Lawrence Hollow Drive in rural Bloomfield.
Center Fire Department Fire Chief Jeremy Inman then called for assistance from Eastern and Van Buren Fire Departments to help battle the blaze.
Owner, Travis Wolfe, who was home - got out safe.
Chief Inman says the home was gutted and only a few items were able to be saved.
Inman says the cause of the blaze is still under investigation, but he believes it could have been an electrical problem.
