(LINTON) - The Indiana Youth Institute (IYI) is hosting a forum for youth serving organizations that will explore how to apply the principles from one of the best-selling leadership and management books, “Good to Great” by Jim Collins.
The forum will feature Bill Stanczykiewicz, IYI's president and CEO, who will discuss practical ways to impact your organization by applying the framework of ideas explained in the book. "Good to Great" looked at more 1,000 companies and found what strategies made 11 remarkable and how any organization can replicate the results.
The forum will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17 at Monical's Pizza, 1600 A St. NE, Linton, 47441.
As part of IYI's Youth Worker Café program, the forum is free and lunch will be served, but reservations are required. To make a reservation, email Sophie Haywood at sophiehaywood@sbcglobal.net or call (812) 659-1300 ext. 403.
