(JASPER) - A Loogootee man was arrested after Jasper Police officers were summoned to the Wal-mart in Jasper Friday at 1:36 pm.
There they arrested 19-year-old Ryan Dant, who was being held for suspicion of shoplifting.
Police say Dant had taken 3 DVDs valued at just over $110.00. He was arrested and charged with a felony count of Theft and lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
Jasper Police arrested 19-year-old Corey Hughes of Birdseye Friday at 3:56 pm after he was found to have shoplifted $38.39 in merchandise from Wal-Mart in Jasper.
Hughes was charged with a D Felony for theft and was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
A Female juvenile was also charged with theft and released to an adult.
