(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman in the 500 block West Oak Street called police at 12:56 a.m. Monday to report a person broke into her home, battered her, her husband and attempted to steal items
Mitchell Police went to the home to investigate the incident.
According to police logs, no one was taken to the hospital. Police did arrest 33-year-old Crystal Minton, of Mitchell, on charges of battery.
