(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was jailed as a result of a Sunday evening accident that injured him and his passenger.
Around 11:30 p.m. Sunday evening, residents of the area of South West First and Oak Streets, reported hearing a loud bang and possible accident.
When Washington Police Officers arrived they found a 1994 Honda Civic had run into a utility pole.
The driver, 28-year-old Marcos Gabriel Latalladi, and his passenger, 22-year-old Martin Garcia Santos, were standing by the car and bleeding from injuries suffered in the accident.
Latalladi was arrested for operating vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while not receiving a license. He was taken to the Security Center where his bond was set at $4,000.
