(UNDATED) - February gas prices are higher than any other February on record.
Prices have already ranged from $3.59 a gallon, all the way up to $3.89 a gallon.
Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick Dehaan said that refining capacity is limited and local demand is up.
Dehaan still believes prices will not surpass the $4 per gallon mark.
