(DUGGER) - Indiana Conservation Officers are reporting that the car of a missing Dugger Man was found late Sunday night in Vincennes.
Shane Porter had been missing from the Dugger area since Friday February 8th.
A man was reported swimming in the Wabash River the same night Porter went missing.
Conservation Officers have been searching the banks of the river, using side scan sonar and dragging the river looking for the person who was swimming. It is unknown if the person was Porter or if the person swimming was able to get out of the water.
Agencies involved in the search include Conservation Officers, Indiana State Police Vincennes Police Department, Vincennes City Fire Department, Vincennes Township Fire Department and EMA.
