(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after he was caught exposing himself to patrons at the Bedford Public Library Wednesday afternoon.
According to Bedford Police 33-year-old Joseph Bowman was at the library exposing himself. Officers were called to the library at 3:48 p.m.
Bowman was arrested and charged with public indecency and public nudity.
