(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after he violated a protective order not once, but twice Thursday.
Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig says 38-year-old Christopher Wright was arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy.
"We received a 911 call from a home on Mason Street, saying Wright was there harassing a woman," Craig says. "When officers arrived he had left the home."
Then later, Wright allegedly went to another home where the woman was visiting a friend on Meridian Street.
"Again he left before police arrived," Craig says. "Officers went to his home on Mason Street and Mr. Wright was arrested without incident."
