(UNDATED)- Enrollment is underway for this year’s Vincennes University’s Homeland Security Community Academy.
Two academies-- will be held this spring in Vincennes and Washington.
The sessions are designed to raise awareness about timely issues-- such as weapons of mass destruction, international and domestic terrorism, emergency management and much more.
Homeland Security major Greg Harrell says the presenters will be those preparing to graduate from the program.
the first academy will be held on March 30th at the Washington High School Cafeteria.
The second academy will be on April 6th at VU's Governors Hall in the Trailblazer Room.
Both sessions are scheduled to begin at 9am. Enrollment is free and lunch is provided.
