(BEDFORD) - Children will have the chance to touch a live snake during a special nature program at the Bedford Public Library on Tuesday, March 19, hosted by a Monroe Lake naturalist.
Children can drop by between 3 and 5 p.m. to learn how frogs, snakes and spiders survive the cold weather and what happens as they "wake up" in the spring.
They will have the chance to touch a live Eastern milk snake.
