Make A Kite At Bedford Public Library

Last updated on Thursday, March 21, 2013

(BEDFORD) - During spring break, children of all ages can make kites in the children services area of the Bedford Public Library.

Linda Davis, reference assistant, says from Monday through Saturday next week, kite kits will be ready for crafting. Kite patterns, sticks, tape, crepe paper for tails, enough string to thread the kite, and plenty of design materials will be ready.

Some children like to hang their kites at home as decorations. Others who want to fly their kites will need to furnish their own ball of string for flying high.
