During the course of investigation, police say 32-year-old Forrest Walker had sent child pornography to an undercover police officer via an internet peer-to-peer file sharing network.
In addition, police say Walker possessed hundreds of images and video of child pornography.
Walker was arrested Friday afternoon and was charged with one count of child exploitation, a Class C felony, and one count of possession of child pornography, a Class D felony.
He was held on a $20,000 bond and incarcerated in the Owen County Security Center.
