(UNDATED) - The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a winter weather advisory in effect from 5 am to 7 pm Sunday.
Cold air will filter in from the north tonight.
Meanwhile strong lift and increasing moisture to the north of a frontal boundary across the Tennessee Valley will allow for accumulating wet snow starting overnight tonight and continuing through Sunday.
Three to five inches of storm total accumulation expected across the advisory area by Sunday evening for the following areas: Sullivan, Greene, Monroe, Brown, Bartholomew, Decator, Knox, Daviess, Martin, Lawrence, Jackson, Jennings, including the cities of Bloomington, Columbus, Vincennes and Bedford.
