(SEYMOUR) - The search for a 4-year-old Seymour boy who decided to take a walk in the early morning hours of Tuesday ended when he was found safe asleep on the porch of a home near his home.
Assistant Chief Craig Hayes says the child told police he got up, put on his blue jeans and shirt and left the house by pushing the button on the garage door opener.
Police aren't sure what time the boy left the house but believe it was between 3:30 and 4 a.m. Tuesday morning.
