(ORLEANS) - Andrea “Andy” Danielle Buttrum was chosen queen of the Orleans Dogwood Festival Saturday night.
Princesses were Layken Ray, Abigail Russell and Victoria Whalin. Buttram also was named Miss Active Wear. Ray was also named Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic.
Sarah Cloud was chosen Junior Miss. Jenna Whalin was princess.
Vesta Lou Hubbard was named the Orleans Dogwood Festival Citizen of the Year during the ceremony.
