(BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY) - Residents of a home on Della Road in Bartholomew County returned home to a horrible scene Friday morning.
The Sheriff's Department says the residents' two small dogs had been tortured.
Authorities say one of the dogs had been gutted and killed, while the other had severe wounds. That dog is expected to survive. A third dog is missing.
