Beginning on or after Tuesday, crews will begin work and restricting the roadway down to one ten-foot lane in areas of work activity.
Flag persons will be used to stop and control traffic through the work zones. This will cause delays.
To increase safety, the speed limit has also been reduced to 35 MPH throughout the entire construction limits.
The project limits begin just south of Mitchell near Haney Street to just north of U.S. 150 in Paoli and includes rehabilitation of the road, adding paved shoulders and replacement of drainage structures under the roadway.
Currently the project is anticipated to be complete in November of 2014.
