(SPRINGVILLE) - A Linton man was arrested after he crashed his car into another vehicle on Ind. 54 Monday night.
According to a Lawrence County police report, 54-year-old Thomas Lehman was nearing Springville and told police he had to urinate "really bad" and attempted to turn off Ind. 54 onto Old Farm Road to go behind the Springville Cafe to pee.
That is when he pulled his 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe into the path of a 2010 Toyota Yaris driven by 22-year-old Nicholas Hurley, of Bloomington.
Neither men were injured in the crash, but Lehman was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment and operating a vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .15 percent or higher.
