(SALEM) - Albert Mike Goering is out of jail after posting a $25,000 bond.
Washington Circuit Judge Larry Medlock issued an order last week to reduce Goering's bond from $120,000 to $25,000 full cash.
Goering had been jailed since his March 22 arrest on six B felony charges involving allegations he had sexual relations with a young teenage girl.
Medlock attached six terms to his order, including stipulations that Goering surrender his passport and sign a waiver of extradition.
Medlock ordered that Goering not leave the state, including in his order, "Defendant shall not even cross the river to the State of Kentucky."
