(SALEM) - Salem Police officers arrested a man Tuesday after he allegedly robbed the local Sprint gas station early Sunday morning at knifepoint, taking $600 cash.
Police were able to identify 51-year-old James Smith, who was caught on the stations video camera and through eyewitnesses. Smith was arrested on charges of robbery and intimidation.
Police who obtained a search warrant, also found evidence at Smith's North Main Street home linking him to the robbery.
Police say they do not expect additional arrests and believe.
