(BROWNSTOWN) - The trial of a 29-year-old Brownstown man accused of molesting three children is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 10 in Jackson Circuit Court.
Jackson Circuit Judge Rick Poynter set the trial date for Jeremy Charles Fitch during an initial hearing Wednesday.
He did not have an attorney during the hearing, and Poynter entered a not-guilty plea on his behalf.
Fitch, who lives in the Ewing area, was arrested March 21 by Brownstown Lt. Joe Kelly.
Fitch faces six Class A felony counts of child molesting and a Class A misdemeanor count of intimidation.
