(WASHINGTON) - Developer Scott Dyer is set to move forward with the building of a family fun center after the Washington City Council approved the rezoning of the property located near Wal-Mart and behind the accompanying strip mall.
Dyer has a facility similar to what he plans to build here located in Bloomington.
In other business:
Prices for Washington Waterworld, which plans to open after Memorial Day, were approved by the council. Single passes for the 2013 season will be $3 for ages 4 and over daily. Those under 4 will be admitted free of charge.
Books of passes will be replacing the family pass. A book of 20 daily passes will be $45 and a book of 50 daily passes will be $100.
