(BEDFORD) - Two people were injured after a two-vehicle collision on Ind. 37 near Trogdon Lane Sunday afternoon.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 32-year-old Brian Cousins, of Bloomington, was traveling south on Ind. 37 in a 2001 Chevrolet Lumina when a 1986 Chevrolet truck pulled into his lane hitting his vehicle.
Police say that 18-year-old Kody Moody, of Springville, was attempting to turn onto Trogdon Lane and told police he didn't see the Lumina.
The impact caused Cousins' vehicle to flip.
Moody complained of wrist pain and pain in his left leg.
Cousins complained of pain to his right wrist and minor bleeding to his forehead.
Both were checked by emergency personnel from an IU Health Bedford Hospital ambulance crew, but refused to be taken to the hospital.
Moody's passenger, Scott Vanwhalde, of Springville and Cousins' passenger, Jenae Jones, of Shoals, were not injured during the incident.
