(BEDFORD) - Tuesday’s semi-final round of Brain Games is set as eight more teams advanced Thursday night.
Those eight teams join the eight winners from Tuesday night's round when the competition continues Tuesday.
Brain Games is an annual fundraiser for the Lawrence County Museum of History. A total of 32 teams began play on May 14 and now only 16 remain.
Thursday night's results were:
* Pynco 1 defeated Lineal Contracting, 70-0.
* Hoosier Hills Credit Union beat NEDO, 150-50
* Bedford Laser Wash topped Flinn Farms, 60-50
*Jason Jackson-Edward Jones defeated GM Powertrain, 60-40.
Following a short break
* Whitney Tool beat the Bedford Evening Lions, 120-100
*Little Theatre of Bedford defeated Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, 120-60
*Sallee & Company beat Bedford Rotary
* Steele & Steele defeated the Orleans Chamber of Commerce, 130-90.
Games resume Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Little Theatre. It is free for the public to watch, but donations are accepted.
