(BROWNSTOWN) - A Jackson County man has been sentenced in a November robbery in Seymour.
Jamontrae D. Bennett, 18, of Crothersville, was ordered to serve 18 years in prison, with four of those years suspended.
He was one of five men charged in the robbery of a man and woman in an apartment on Seymour's east side.
Senior Judge Bill Vance ordered Bennett to submit to a drug and alcohol program for evaluation, treatment and therapy if indicated, and to pay court costs, a $500 public defender fee, probation fees and drug and alcohol fees.
