(Daviess County) - Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies made several arrested Wednesday.
They arrested a Washington man for manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.
49-year-old Michael Garland is also facing preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a syringe.
Garland is being held without bond in the Daviess Security Center.
Sheriff's deputies also arrested two Washington residents for maintaining a common nuisance. 26-year-old Brandi Lottes is being held without bond while and 29-year-old Kelly Stevens was released from jail on $2,500 bond.
26-year-old James Booher of Washington was arrested for failure to appear in court in Martin County. Booher is being held without bond pending his return to Shoals,
29-year-old Billy Harris of Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. His bond was set at $2,000.
And Washington Police arrested 24-year-old Thomas Cardinal, of Washington for operating a vehicle while never license.
