(SULLIVAN) - A meth arrest lead police to finding explosive devices in a Sullivan home.
Around 2:30 Friday afternoon Sullivan Police arrested Blake Boles, age 26, of Sullivan on a warrant and discovered two small explosive devices in his possession.
Sullivan PD contacted Indiana State Police's Explosive Ordinance Disposal unit to deal with the devices.
Sullivan Police obtained a search warrant for Bole's residence at 550 East Washington Street, in Sullivan.
During the investigation police located five additional small homemade explosive devices.
Police also located an active meth lab, and items related to making meth.
Boles is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe, dealing and manufacturing meth, sale of precursor, dumping a controlled substance and waste, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.
The charges related to the explosive devices are being handled by the Sullivan Police Department; it's not clear at this time what those will be.
