(BEDFORD) - Continuing through July 4, the Lawrence County Art Association will present “Set in Stone,” a members-only show celebrating the area’s limestone heritage.
The gallery will be filled with paintings, drawings, photographs and other artwork depicting limestone and the limestone industry in Lawrence County. This show has become a traditional part of Limestone Heritage Month and is considered a "must see" for anyone interested in the arts and the area's Limestone Heritage.
Special events on June 28-29 during BBQ at the Quarry and July 4 for the Limestone Heritage Parade include a Y'art Sale (yard sale) in the parking lot, live acoustic music, refreshments and other activities.
Located at 1402 J St., the gallery is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 1-6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
