(BEDFORD) - Bedford Department firefighters were called to Tri-Star Engineering Thursday afternoon after a 911 call reporting a possible fire in the server room.
BFD Chief John Wagner says firefighter were not able to locate a fire.
"There was smoke in the computer room and there was enough of it to set off the fire alarms," Wagner says. "Firefighters searched everywhere possible that a fire could start and found nothing."
Firefighters turned the investigation over to Doug Kellams and Larry Arnold to keep an eye on the equipment.
"It is one of those things that is frustrating for firefighters," Wagner says. "When you can't find the origin it will bug you to death. You just hope when you leave that nothing happens."
