Police say he failed to do that and his whereabouts are unknown.

Clouse, who was 29 at the time of his arrest, was conviction of child molesting in early March 2011 in Greene Superior Court. He was accused of inappropriately touching a young child in an incident in late December 2010. The case was initially investigated by the Jasonville Police Department and the Department of Child Services. Clouse first denied the allegations, but he agreed to take a polygraph and at the conclusion of the test, police said he admitted that he did in fact touch the child, who was a sibling, in an inappropriate manner.
He then accepted a negotiated plea agreement and pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven years in the Indiana Department of Corrections with two years suspended and credit
On April 22, he reported to the Greene County Sheriff's Office to register, but Denise Andrew, the Registrar for the sheriff's department, says he only partially completed the registration form. He did sign the back page acknowledging he read the information about the requirements.
Andrew said she spoke to Clouse the next day, April 23, and told him he needed to complete the registration and verify his address.
At that time, he allegedly said he could not live at a Jasonville address, and could not give her a current or potential address but said he would attempt to stay at a friend's house near Dugger or somewhere in Bloomington.
Clouse has not made contact with Andrew since then.
Clouse was also scheduled to meet with Greene County Probation Officer Mike Pate on May 2 but failed to show up.
Since Clouse fell off the radar, Greene County Sheriff's Deputy James O'Malley has been looking for him but can't find him. He has searched the Jasonville area and a Sullivan address that Clouse had listed. He also has contacted Sullivan and Monroe counties and he has not registered as a sex offender there.
The Greene County Prosecutor's Office filed a case against Clouse on May 15 and the warrant was issued the same day on a preliminary charge of failure to register as a sex offender, a class D felony.
