(UNDATED) - Indiana National Guard Major General Martin Umbarger says the upcoming sequester cuts will take a toll on military soldiers and airmen.
Umbarger says the 20-percent pay cut and reduction in flight hours won't impact security.
However, he says the daily uncertainty about what will happen come June will undoubtedly impact about one-thousand military techs. Congresswoman Susan Brooks says they're working on ways to prevent more military cuts should the issue arise.
