(WASHINGTON) - A Washington man was last week on two counts of child molestiation.
20-year-old Robert Bustos was arrested after being accused of having sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl.
According to a probable cause affidavit the girl told a Child Protective Service case worker she had intercourse with Bustos on April 25 and twice in 2012. The case worker contacted police.
Bustos told police he knew the girl but had stopped talking to her "a long time ago".
He told police "stuff may have happened," but was worried about the consequences to his education. He allegedly confessed to having consensual sex with the girl.
Bustos was charged with two counts of child molestation. He was released on $25,000 bond. No court appearances have been set in the case.
