(LINTON) - 49-year-old Cynthia Moyer was arrested early Thursday morning after a Linton neighbor complained she was being annoying.
Anna Rochelle of the Greene County Daily World reports that police received several complaints from neighbors saying Moyer was "creeping" around the neighborhood.
Officers found Moyer at 12:30 a.m. walking in the area of Northwest F Street.
Officers questioned Moyer, who they say had been drinking. They also saw a bottled of vodka in her purse.
Police asked Moyer if she had been drinking and she "a little."
Moyer refused to take a portable breath test and standard field sobriety testing.
She was arrested and taken to Greene County General Hospital for a medical check before heading to jail.
The officer reported that after she was medically cleared and checking out of the hospital, while she was signing her paperwork, Moyer exclaimed to a nurse, "Pretty good for being drunk!"
Moyer's bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent allowed.
Late Thursday, a preliminary charge of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, was filed against Moyer in Greene Superior Court.
