(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police arrested a local man for allegedly fondling a young boy in the bathroom of the Bryan Park Pool.
The Herald Times reports 28-year-old Shell Needler faces a preliminary charge of child molest.
The mother of the victim called authorities Thursday after the boy told her he had been touched while in the bathroom.
The victim positively identified Needler.
