(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested Saturday for making meth.
Mitchell officers arrested 48-year-old Thomas McClendon. McClendon, told police he was homeless.
He was arrested after Mitchell police received an anonymous call at 5:59 p.m. Saturday from a resident at Fourth and Main Street reporting possible drug activity in the 400 block of West Warrant Street.
According to Police Chief Mike Hardman, officers went to a home at 403 West Warren Street and found an active meth lab. The Indiana State Police Clandestine Team was called to dispose of the lab.
