(PAOLI) - Paoli police officers arrested Trisha and Dustin Sneed after searching a Paoli residence and recovering remnants of a one-pot meth lab on Wednesday.
Paoli Police Chief Randy Sanders says the couple were arrested after an on-going investigation.
The couple who are married live near the Jaycee Park in Paoli.,
25-year-old Trisha and 34-year-old Dustin were charged with maintaining a common nuisance, manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a public park, possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a public park, manufacturing paraphernalia, possession of paraphernalia and three counts of neglect of a dependent.
Three children were in home when police arrived and Child Services were called and took custody of the children.
Their bond was set at $75,000 each and both remain in the Orange County Security Center. Both have entered a plea of not guilty and Trisha will be represented by court appointed attorney Dave Smith and Trent Tompson will represent Dustin.
The Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit and Chief Deputy Josh Babcock of the sheriff's department assisted with the arrests.
