(WASHINGTON CO.) - Indiana State Trooper served a search warrant at a home at 1530 East County Line Road in rural Washington County Tuesday at 3 p.m.
When troopers arrived at the home they found 24-year-old Darrell Wayne Blake Browning, of Washington County.
When officers first talked to Browning he gave them false information about who he was.
Officers were able to prove his true identity and arrested him on two outstanding warrants, one out of Johnson County, for theft, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also wanted out of Floyd County for failure to appear.
While officers were at the home they noticed articles associated with the production of meth. They requsted a search warrant which the judge granted.
During the search troopers found items used in the making of meth.
An infant was also taken from the home and placed into the care of the Indiana Department of Family and Children.
Besides the warrants, Browning was also charged with false informing, intimidation, possession of precursors to manufacture meth and neglect of a dependent..
Browning was incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
