(SEYMOUR) - A Rose Acre Farms official credits a sprinkler system installed after a fire last year with reducing damage from a fire that erupted Wednesday.
The cause of the fire, which forced the closure of a soybean processing plant at Rose Acre west of Seymour, remains under investigation.
Officials with the company that manufactures the dust-collecting equipment were at the plant Thursday morning trying to determine the cause, Rose Acre chief executive officer Tony Wesner said.
